Delhi to Varanasi – En Route to the Sacred Ganges

In the Morning After breakfast, transfer to Delhi Airport take a domestic flight (approx. 2 hours). Meet your local representative and transfer to your hotel overlooking the Ganges. In the Late Evening visit Vishwanath Gali and Godowlia Market are bustling shopping streets near Dashashwamedh Ghat, known for Banarasi sarees, spiritual items, street food, and vibrant local crafts.

Varanasi – Life and Spirituality on the Ghats

Early Morning (Pre-Dawn) Rise early for a boat ride at sunrise on the Ganges. Return to the Ghats to witness the famous Ganga Aarti ceremony at Dashashwamedh Ghat. Visit the Western Group of Temples, the largest and most famous, including the Kandariya Mahadev (dedicated to Lord Shiva), the Chaunsat Yogini (oldest temple dedicated to Goddess Kali), Chitragupta (dedicated to Lord Shiva and Sun God), and Lakshmana temple.

Explore the Eastern Group of Temples, which includes temples dedicated to Jain Tirthankaras like the Adinath and Parsvanath temples, as well as Hindu temples like the Vamana and Javari temples.
